Gift Ideas with essential oils
When I first discovered essential oils I had no idea what to do with them. I liked the fact that they were natural with no synthetic chemicals unlike most everyday products at the big box stores and grocery stores.
I learned to do the same label reading I was doing with my food and was completely shocked at the ingredients in body products and cleaners! It was overwhelming at first and it made me angry, then I decided to learn about this issue and eventually took an independent certification course. I'm so happy I did.
Friends have told me they want to use essential oils but have no idea how or where to start. So, I’m giving you a list of things I found easiest to use! For me, if something does not fit into my regular life or make it simpler it’s not going to happen. I’m just too busy to implement complicated systems as I’m sure you are too. There is probably something on this list you could swap out for a healthier non-chemical option.
